Diane Sabenacio Nititham (she/her/hers) is a daughter of immigrants and identifies as a Filipina Thai American and scholar mama. She is an associate professor of sociology at Murray State University. Her research interests include home, diaspora, and transnational social communities. Her most recent book, Making Home in Diasporic Communities: Transnational Belonging Amongst Filipina Migrants (2016) highlights the intersections of global labor migration and everyday practices for Filipina migrants in Ireland.
