There are many changes to the structure of this year's Holiday Sale. For instance we will not be charging a percentage of sales, but rather a flat booth fee, due October 6, 2008. We are also charging an application fee of $15, due with your application. Please read through this information carefully and return the contract, non-refudable application fee, and jury samples by September 15, 2008.
Important Dates:
September 5 -
contract, application fee, and work sample due
September 15 - Jury decisions announced, letters will be mailed
October 6 - booth fee due
November 6 - set up and preview party
November 7 & 8 - Holiday Sale
Thank you for your patience while we continue to improve the best Holiday Sale in Murray! We will be advertising on radio, news, flyers, online and mailings.
We are also introducing door prizes this year, to draw in even more customes! These will be donated by participating vendors, and will be displayed in the front hall for the entirety of the show (Advertising opportunity). If you wish to donate a small handmade (by you) item ($20 and under), please let us know.
We will also be giving an award for the best booth this year, voted on by the customers. So work hard on your display to recieve free booth space next year!
For returning vendors: If you don't return this contract, we will assume you aren't interested in participating.
